As owner, I have been in the New Construction Industry for more than 30 years, building houses from the first-time home buyer, to the Luxury Custom Home.  We are proud of the reputation that we have established and continue to strive hard to meet the expectations of our customers.

 

Our goal at Gillespie Custom Homes is to build homes for our customers, using Standard Building Procedures and Practices in accordance with applicable building codes that meet the Buyer’s specifications, desires and budgets.  As new materials and systems become available on the market, we strive to incorporate these innovative systems into our standard building practices.  We want to make the building process smooth and enjoyable.  This can be accomplished through good verbal and written (paper trail) communication.
