Born and raised in Alaska, owner, Tim Gillespie, has 
been in residential construction since 1979.  

Since 1996, Tim has specialized in building custom 
homes, focusing his creativity and time on helping 
each homeowner tailor a house to their unique 
desires and needs.   

Tim Gillespie is a licensed, bonded and insured 
general contractor.
