When choosing a builder, it is important to consider the allowances given for various areas of your
home.  Will the garage size be large enough for your vehicles?  Does the heating allowance provide for
the type of heating system you desire?  Do the builder’s standard features include fireplaces, oak
mantles, tile surrounds and other items that may be important to you?  Will the siding provided be
maintenance free and long wearing?  Homes in the Mat-Su Valley differ significantly in size, price, quality,
and comparable features.  When choosing a builder ask for the details.
